Main characteristics of the services. A freight compliance platform: admission screening, compliance scoring, engagement records and fee administration. ClearCorridor does not transport cargo and does not hold or transmit funds owing between participants.
Prices and fees. The applicable fee schedule is presented in full during the application, before any amount is payable. Fees exclude VAT unless stated (VAT registration status is shown on each invoice).
Manner of payment. Electronic funds transfer to the account stated on the invoice, or alternative electronic payment methods offered on the platform
Records of transactions. Acceptance and transaction records are retained as data messages with version, timestamp and user identity, and may be requested through the platform
Dispute resolution and complaints. Through the platform; disputes are resolved as provided in the applicable platform agreements
Cooling-off (ECTA s44). Where a transaction qualifies under section 44, a consumer may cancel within 7 days without reason or penalty. Section 44 does not apply to transactions falling within its statutory exclusions; most platform participants transact as businesses.
